OUR APPROACH

We use the first session(s) to get a clear picture of a client's strengths, their impact within the organization and what their most crucial areas for development are. Using this foundation, we then develop a customized action plan to leverage core strengths and focus on specific areas for improvement. 

The process of change starts with inner work the client does in their lives to notice their own behavior and then reflect on it. As we progress through the program, the client shifts into doing observable outer work, actually putting some of the experiments of the new behavior and approach in practice. 

OUR GOAL

Our goal is to improve our clients’ impact and effectiveness, not just intentions. We conduct assessments, including getting 360 feedback from peers, direct reports and leaders to help clients take stock of their impact. We then use our work together to consider alternative approaches and commit to new behaviors.
